Marine Operations Manager

This role oversees the operational requirements for all company marine assets, including crew deployment, stevedoring, and ship supplies, while supporting business growth in Batam and Bintan Services. The position involves maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, managing vessel charters for projects, and preparing operation-related budgets. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for creating efficient operations and documentation processes for ship management, including dry docking and maintenance.
