The Marketing Manager will lead and shape the local marketing strategy for Poland and the Baltics, driving alignment with regional and business priorities. The role heads the Marketing Activation team, reports to the Managing Director (Poland & Baltics) with a dotted line to the Regional Marketing Director (CEE), and is based in the VELUX Warsaw office. The position participates in local leadership and regional marketing governance to ensure consistent execution and performance.
