The Master Scheduler manages and coordinates production planning and scheduling to ensure material availability, capacity, and demand alignment for customer delivery commitments. This role optimizes inventory levels and operational performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve constraints and mitigate risks. The position involves leading the Planning team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting ERP/MRP system implementations.
