Materials Planning & Logistics Manager

The Materials Planning & Logistics Manager will lead the Production Planning, Stores, and Shipping/Receiving teams at Raytheon ELCAN, driving transformation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and aligning resources for short- and long-term production needs. The role bridges sales, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to synchronize forecasts, inventory, and capacity into a unified plan while promoting continuous improvement and change across the organization. This position is based in Midland, Ontario and reports to the Associate Director, Operations.
