Materials Technician II – Research, Development & Innovation

Andersen Corporation is seeking a self-motivated Materials Technician III to join the Research, Development & Innovation team, providing critical support to engineers in material development, testing, and product design. The role involves determining test procedures, collaborating on material evaluation, and creating prototypes to support fenestration product life prediction and new initiatives. This onsite position requires technical support across thermoplastics, sealants, and adhesives while maintaining detailed documentation of methods and data.
