Cayaba Care is hiring a full-time Maternity Navigator to be a trusted partner and advocate for expectant and new mothers in the greater Washington, D.C. and Baltimore area. The role is community-based and focuses on building trust with families through in-person and virtual engagement to support pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journeys. The navigator helps connect members to social supports and resources while representing community needs to the organization.

Qualifications
- Certified Perinatal Community Health Worker
