A 24-month Culinary (Western) training track at Marina Bay Sands designed to develop future culinary leaders through hands-on rotations across high-volume production kitchens, banquets, and fine-dining outlets. Participants work alongside world-class chefs to learn international cuisines, menu innovation, and operational competencies, with potential placement into a junior leadership role upon successful completion.
