The Managing Director of Equity Placement at Colliers will lead institutional capital raising efforts with limited partners across North America, reporting to the Presidents of Capital Markets in the U.S. and Canada. The role focuses on sourcing and securing commitments for real estate mandates, partnering with firm leaders and cross-functional teams, and building investor relationships globally. This is a newly created, entrepreneurial position with opportunity to shape and expand the equity placement platform.
