MDS Assistant

The MDS Assistant supports the MDS Coordinator by entering data for the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and ensuring the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) in compliance with state and federal regulations. This role involves coordinating care plans, conducting chart audits, and maintaining assessment schedules to ensure timely submission of data. The position requires effective communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff to address resident needs and maintain confidentiality.
