FT RN MDS

The FT RN MDS position is responsible for conducting and coordinating the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Plan Assessments (CAAs), and Care Plans in compliance with State and Federal requirements. The role involves participating as part of the facility's Interdisciplinary Team to manage patients receiving skilled services and providing training to staff on MDS item completion and nursing documentation. This position also includes performing other assigned nursing duties.
