MDS Coordinator

The MDS Coordinator, RN is responsible for overseeing the twenty-four-hour nursing care of all residents while ensuring accurate and timely completion of Minimum Data Set assessments. This role involves coordinating resident care planning, optimizing PDPM reimbursement, and maintaining regulatory compliance within a senior living community.
