Mech Lead

The Mech Lead will oversee the delivery of mechanical systems across multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's safety, quality, and energy objectives. This role involves leading and motivating MEP teams to implement management systems that ensure consistent, fully integrated, and commissioned systems meeting design and statutory requirements. The position requires guiding teams through project delivery, from pre-construction and procurement to installation, commissioning, and handover.
