About this role

The Mechanical Engineering Team Leader will technically and disciplinarily lead a team of mechanical engineers and drafters, reporting to the Director of US Mechanical Engineering. The role also leads cross-functional engineering projects (NPD, sustaining, sold work) coordinating mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineers. The leader is responsible for resource planning, talent development, promoting engineering standards and modular design, and ensuring projects meet customer and company requirements. This position supports global collaboration and may require international travel.
