Mechanical Estimator

This role involves preparing accurate and competitive estimates for industrial, HVAC, and plumbing projects, including process piping, using on-screen software and subcontractor quotes. The position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage bid schedules, develop value engineering options, and ensure smooth transitions from estimate to execution. Candidates must have over 10 years of mechanical estimating experience and proficiency in both Design-Build and Plan & Spec delivery methods.
