Mechanical Technician

The Mechanical Technician is responsible for the preventative maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of all mechanical systems, building management systems, and life safety equipment within a pharmaceutical environment. This role ensures optimal performance of building systems through daily inspections and maintenance while maintaining excellent tenant relations and compliance with safety protocols. The position requires technical expertise in HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and fire life safety systems, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with contractors.
