The Medical Administrative Assistant provides front‑line reception, clerical, and technical support to the interdisciplinary team at the Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre in Owen Sound. The role involves managing client communications, scheduling appointments, processing referrals, and maintaining accurate electronic health records while ensuring culturally safe care for Indigenous community members.
We provide high quality, wholistic health and wellness services throughout Southwestern Ontario. Services are provided to Indigenous (First Nation, Métis, Inuit) people and their families, living on and off-reserve, in rural areas, and in the urban Indigenous communities in London, Owen Sound, Newbury, Waterloo Wellington and Windsor.
