About this role

Asian Health Services is hiring a Health Coach I (trainee) at the Frank Kiang Medical Center in Oakland, CA to support whole-person, community-oriented care for a diverse patient population. This role is designed as a one-year structured training pathway for a Medical Assistant to become a fully competent Health Coach II, working closely with clinic leadership and a chronic care management team. The position includes bilingual/culturally competent patient support and coordination within a busy community health clinic setting.
