About this role
The Medical Assistant at Strive Health supports the company’s mission to transform kidney care by working within a high-touch, coordinated care model that identifies and supports at-risk patients. This hybrid role engages with patients and local providers across telehealth, clinic, and home settings and reports to the Lead Nurse Practitioner. The position contributes to improved patient outcomes within an interdisciplinary care team.
