The Coding Educator 2 develops and delivers tailored education plans to providers to improve clinical documentation and coding quality. The role uses data analytics to identify documentation gaps and partners with cross-functional teams to monitor compliance and drive documentation improvements. This position reports to the Manager, Coding Education and is based in South Florida within the CarePlus/Humana organization.
