Medical Director

The Medical Director serves as a physician leader and operational partner within Clever Care Health Plan’s clinical operations, focusing on real-time clinical decision-making, issue resolution, and practical support for teams. This hands-on role involves physician oversight of Utilization Management, Care Management, appeals, quality-of-care review, and regulatory readiness to ensure timely, compliant, and culturally attuned member care. The position requires close collaboration with clinical and operational teams to solve problems, improve access and outcomes, and shape programs that reflect the diverse populations served.
