Medical Laboratory Technician

The Medical Laboratory Technician performs waived, highly, and moderately complex testing across various laboratory disciplines including Hematology, Chemistry, and Microbiology. This role requires adherence to strict quality control policies, accurate documentation of patient results, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. The position also involves performing venipuncture, maintaining laboratory instruments, and potentially serving as a Lead Tech in the absence of supervision.
