Medical Receptionist/ Call Centre Agent

This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, primarily based at the Marsden Park clinic with support for the Castle Hill clinic. The position involves greeting patients, managing inquiries, handling billing procedures, and collaborating with clinical and administrative staff. Full-time or part-time arrangements are available with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
