Responsibilities

Lead planning calls and manage event logistics for LATAM region meetings
Oversee budget management, vendor contracts, and billing reconciliation
Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and AV setup for congress events
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external participants
Conduct post-program reviews to analyze learnings and implement improvements
