Meetings & Events Coordinator

This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Meetings & Events department at Loews Philadelphia Hotel by providing administrative assistance, managing event documentation, and facilitating client communications. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy in Banquet Event Orders, coordinate site visits, and prepare comprehensive planning packets while serving as a bridge between various internal departments.
