Member Advocate

American Health Advantage is seeking a customer-service focused leader to support local service areas and ensure seamless transitions for enrolled members. The role involves acting as a primary point of contact for members and their families, coordinating with insurance producers and care teams, and maintaining compliance with CMS regulations. The Member Advocate will develop relationships with network providers, conduct regular member meetings, and manage reporting and issue resolution for an assigned group of nursing facilities.
