Member Experience Manager

The Member Experience Manager oversees the membership acquisition process, hiring and training a team of Membership Ambassadors to ensure a positive experience for new members. This role is responsible for achieving club membership and fitness sales goals while assisting with Personal Training program presentations. The position reports to the General Manager and requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
