Member Experience Manager

The Member Experience Manager oversees the entire membership acquisition process, leading a team of Membership Ambassadors to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for new members. This role is responsible for achieving club membership and fitness sales goals while assisting with Personal Training program presentations. The position reports directly to the General Manager and requires strong leadership and organizational skills to drive member integration and retention.
