About this role

Colorado Access is seeking a Member Grievance Coordinator to support members through the grievance process with compassion and respect. The role ensures timely, accurate documentation and escalation of issues in line with policy and regulatory requirements, while contributing to quality improvements and coordination with the Quality Management and call center teams. This hybrid, full-time position supports the organization's mission to serve the underserved in Colorado.
