Member Service Associate

This role is primarily responsible for processing member transactions and providing a variety of member services in an accurate, efficient, and courteous manner. The position also involves promoting credit union products and services while maintaining proper control of assigned cash and documents. Additionally, the role provides leadership, technical guidance, and training to Member Service Associate staff members.
