Member Services Representative

This role is primarily responsible for processing member transactions and providing a variety of member services in an accurate, efficient, and courteous manner. The position also involves promoting credit union products and services while maintaining proper control of assigned cash, correspondence transactions, and credit union documents. The ideal candidate is well-organized, professional, and capable of balancing cash drawers and performing mathematical computations.
