Member Service Consultant

The Member Service Consultant assists customers in opening various financial products and services while advising them on how to best utilize these offerings to meet their personal financial goals. This role involves providing financial planning services, counseling members on their financial needs, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The consultant also conducts loan interviews, verifies application accuracy, and serves as a liaison between members and the Underwriting team to facilitate sound lending decisions.
