Member Service Representative I

This role is responsible for handling a variety of paying and receiving functions for members, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances. The position involves balancing daily transactions, verifying cash totals, and performing member services such as opening and closing accounts and assisting with account problems. The representative actively cross-sells Credit Union services and maintains professional relationships with members and other departments.
