Resolution Specialist

This role is responsible for managing the resolution of delinquent and charged-off member accounts and loans, including credit cards, lines of credit, and real estate loans. The position involves reviewing account files, negotiating with members to minimize losses, and representing the Credit Union in small claims proceedings when necessary. The specialist also assists with fraud and bond claims while maintaining the Credit Union's professional image.
