Member Services Representative

The Member Services Representative is responsible for ensuring member satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and engagement. This role involves processing memberships and program registrations, handling cash transactions, and providing accurate information to members both in person and over the phone. The representative also regulates facility traffic, communicates policies, and addresses member inquiries and conflicts in a professional manner.
