Member Services

This role serves as the initial point of contact at the member services desk, providing accurate information and ensuring a consistently positive guest experience for all members and visitors. The position involves greeting guests, managing program enrollments, handling transactions, and answering inquiries regarding club operations and programs. The team member is expected to maintain a functional work area and collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.
