Member Solutions Representative

The Member Solutions Representative is responsible for achieving collection goals and maintaining delinquency rates within established guidelines by working directly with members. This role involves contacting delinquent accounts, analyzing borrowers' financial situations, and coordinating the Courtesy Pay program to bring accounts current. The position also handles bankruptcy claims, repossessions, and insurance claims while ensuring compliance with collection laws and regulations.
