Member Solutions Specialist

The Member Solutions Specialist helps members navigate financial challenges by managing delinquent accounts, developing payment arrangements, and guiding them through available options to protect the Credit Union's loan portfolio. This role involves direct communication with members via phone, email, and in person to resolve financial issues and maintain accurate account records. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of collection practices and regulations.
