Membership Associate

The Membership Associate supports the YMCA's mission by delivering excellent service to members, guests, and program participants while promoting memberships and programs. This part-time role involves responding to member needs, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, and building relationships to enhance the member experience. The position also includes handling membership concerns and ensuring the facility meets operational standards.
