Membership Desk Representative

This role supports the YMCA's mission by delivering excellent service to members, guests, and program participants while promoting memberships and programs. The position involves conducting tours, selling memberships, building relationships, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and other areas. It requires responding to member needs and resolving concerns to contribute to member retention.
