Mental Health Counselor (MHC)

The Mental Health Counselor (MHC) provides clinical counseling and behavioral health support using trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and motivational interviewing approaches for residents in a supportive congregate housing program. The role includes care coordination, crisis resolution, record quality assurance, and development of individual psychosocial assessments and service plans for thirty-six active residents.
