Mental Health Tech

The Mental Health Technician provides daily supervision, support, and behavioral guidance to youth at West Central Ohio Academy, working alongside clinical and educational staff to maintain a safe, structured environment while supporting treatment goals and positive coping skills. The role involves monitoring youth behavior, using de-escalation techniques, completing documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to foster emotional regulation and relational healing. This position supports adolescent girls experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges through evidence-based care and compassionate intervention.
