About this role
The role is for a remote Mental Health Therapist/Behavioral Health Clinician providing virtual individual therapy to patients in Oklahoma through Included Health’s telehealth platform. The clinician focuses on delivering high-quality mental health care and completing clinical documentation while administrative tasks such as billing, scheduling, and credentialing are handled by the Clinical Operations team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with strong clinical support and access to a collaborative behavioral health team. The position contributes to Included Health’s mission to deliver integrated, accessible virtual care across diverse populations.

Qualifications
- Clinically licensed in state of primary residence
- Ability to practice independently without supervision
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Oklahoma
- Active and unrestricted LPC license in Oklahoma
- Active and unrestricted LMHC license in Oklahoma
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Oklahoma
- Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program
- Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program
