Buildkite is a scale-out delivery platform that helps engineering teams run CI/CD and modern ML/AI workloads by combining a hosted control plane with lightweight agents that execute builds on your own infrastructure or cloud. It offers pipeline-as-code, parallelized test execution, integrations with common developer tools, and features for observability, release automation, and security. Buildkite emphasizes flexibility and performance so platform teams can keep compute and secrets on-premises while scaling horizontally for large test matrices and complex delivery workflows. Trusted by many leading software companies, it positions itself as a more customizable, secure alternative to single-tenant CI/CD services.
