Mentor/Permanency Coach

The Permanency Coach role assists clients in establishing lifelong connections to facilitate success, working as part of a team to ensure goal-oriented and clinically appropriate interactions. The position involves providing clinical support, leading groups, identifying strengths, and offering education and guidance to help families develop structure and effective parenting skills. This role is based in the Leominster office and requires a trauma-informed approach to serving at-risk youth and their families.
