The Mentorship Program Lead Fellow supports Improve Your Tomorrow's Jr. Mentor Fellowship by providing regional coordination, program support, and fellowship implementation across California regions. This service-focused role blends coordination, curriculum development, training support, and systems accountability to ensure high-quality program implementation and alignment with national standards. The position serves as a regional liaison to IYT's Shared Services team while supporting college access initiatives, data quality, events, and summer programming.
Improve Your Tomorrow (IYT) is the largest nonprofit dedicated to supporting boys and young men of color, helping them get to and through college. IYT provides mentorship, tools, and resources through programs spanning middle school to career, operating across multiple U.S. regions. Their mission is to see young men of color overrepresented in higher education and underrepresented in the criminal justice system.
