The Mercy Rogers New-Graduate RN Residency provides newly licensed registered nurses with a transition-to-practice program designed to support their journey from student to independent professional nursing practice. This year-long residency includes comprehensive department orientation, hands-on clinical training, mentorship, and collaboration with experienced preceptors to foster professional growth.
