MEWP - New Product Introduction Programs Manager

The NPIP Engineering Manager will lead the engineering function for New Product Introduction Programs within JCB's Access portfolio, focusing on next-generation Aerial Work Platforms. Based initially in the UK for six to nine months, this role involves global cross-functional alignment and will eventually relocate to San Antonio, Texas for permanently in 2027 to establish local engineering activities. The position requires extensive experience in AWP design and strong leadership skills to manage product development through all lifecycle phases.
