The MFLC Assignment Ready Counselor (ARC) provides short-term, on-demand behavioral health coverage to military service members and their families across installations, schools, and community programs, including surge events and summer camp periods. The role supports both adult and child/youth populations and may be assigned to DoDEA schools, youth programs, or community settings. This position requires independent licensure in a behavioral health discipline and a graduate degree in a relevant field.
