The Mission Ready Reserve Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) provides flexible, short-term counseling support to military service members, their families, and children across installations and community settings. This PRN-style role focuses on preventative, solution-focused behavioral health interventions without insurance paperwork, offering assignment-based support such as unit embedding, family outreach, or school-based services. The position is an interim backfill opportunity at Camp Pendleton, CA, within the MFLC program.
