Mgr, Engineering – R&D Test Center

The Mgr, Engineering – R&D Test Center leads and standardizes project engineering activities within the testing organization, directly supervising Project Engineers and owning the Development Center Request (DCR) process. This role ensures projects are properly planned, executed, and closed while providing organizational leadership for product certification testing programs. The position is accountable for project engineering performance, resource planning, and effective coordination with test operations to support customer projects from initiation through completion.
